How to Produce a Successful Race
Saturday, February 6, 2010 Advocate Lutheran General Hospital, Johnson Auditorium (west end of hospital), 1775 Dempster St., Park Ridge IL.
Directions:
From I-294 Northbound: exit east on Dempster St., drive about 1/2 mile. From I-294 southbound, exit at Golf Rd. (Rte 58), turn left from ramp onto River Rd., left onto Golf, right on Potter Rd. (under construction). After one mile, turn right on Dempster. From Edens Expressway: exit west on Dempster St., drive about 4 1/2 miles. Free parking in open lot north of Dempster St. Garages require a fee.
Fees:
Members of Association of Running Event Directors - $39. CARA races or Calumet Region Striders "Gold Cup Series" races - $44. Previous attendees (2007, 2008, or 2009) - $49. All others - $59.
Registration fee includes Lunch and a CD Reference Guide.
