Grandma says headphones OK
Grandma's Marathon, in Duluth MN, has reversed its ban on headphone use in response to USATF (the national governing body for road racing) relaxation of its rule.
Race organizers still advise running without headphones - for safety reasons - but won't disqualify participants who wear them.
