"Good neighbor" sponsor
There may be a large corporation in, or near, your community that could sponsor your event.
It may not want much from you because it doesn't feel you can do much for it. The company just wants to be a good neighbor.
Maybe some of its employees live in the community. Or, it's going to need a zoning variation for an expansion and wants to be on good terms with everyone. It may have been criticized in the past for traffic problems, lighting issues, or some other local matter.
Take advantage of that situation if it is available to you. Sometimes companies can be signed as sponsors just because they have a presence in the community.
