St. Patrick's Day races
There are too many St. Patrick's Day-themed races to mention here. Still, a few intriguing names caught our eye.
There's the Shillelagh Run, in Flushing MI; Shamrocks & Shenanigans, in Ann Arbor MI; Catch a Leprechaun, in Avon Lake OH; and Emerald Miles, in Newport KY.
The biggest of them all is the Bank of America Shamrock Shuffle in Chicago IL. Entries were capped at 30,000 and a the event features beer (of course) and live entertainment at a hoppin' post-race party.
Despite the abundance of races tied to St. Patrick's Day, there's always room for more. Runners will show up for a fun event, especially if you promise beer.
