Fund-raising dollars
Not all runners care about the fund-raising efforts of your event. Those who do, however, will appreciate knowing how much money the race actually raised for the cause.
The Arthritis Foundation, in the midst of producing 114 Jingle Bell Runs throughout the country, posts the specific amount raised in each city on its individual web pages.
We hope this doesn't include entry fees (those are not donations). Still, it gives concrete information about the fund-raising impact of the race and connects cause-driven runners to the organization's mission.
